About Viera
Viera is a master-planned community in central Brevard, built on former ranch land and still growing.
It's home to the Brevard County Government Center, The Avenue Viera and the Viera Wetlands, where birders line the berms to watch herons and spoonbills.
Homes and tile in Viera
Many homes here are newer, and the original builder-grade floors are often the first thing owners want to change. Newer doesn't always mean flat, so we still check the slab before we lay a single tile.
