About Palm Bay
Palm Bay is the largest city in Brevard County by population, and it sits right next to our Melbourne base.
Most of the city is residential, and much of it was built out in the decades after it became a city in 1960. Turkey Creek Sanctuary, with its boardwalk through the hammock, sits right in the middle of it.
Homes and tile in Palm Bay
That means a lot of single-story concrete block homes on slabs, many still with their original tile or carpet. Replacing them with porcelain, whether wood-look planks or large-format tile, is a common upgrade here.
