About Port St. Lucie
Port St. Lucie is the largest city in St. Lucie County and the south end of our service area.
It started as a planned development in the late 1950s and grew into one of the bigger cities in Florida. The North Fork of the St. Lucie River winds through it, and Clover Park hosts the New York Mets for spring training every year.
Homes and tile in Port St. Lucie
Most of the city is single-family homes on concrete slabs, most of them built in the last few decades. Replacing carpet and tired tile with porcelain is a common upgrade here.
